Dry-summer recovery renovation (PPC): full customer flow
From Klaviyo send to internal alert — every touchpoint for this offer.
This is what a customer clicks. The k= parameter is their Klaviyo profile ID.

The Dry-summer recovery renovation (PPC) message goes out from Klaviyo with a personalised link. Each link carries the recipient's Klaviyo profile ID and UTM tags so the landing page knows who they are and which channel they came from.
- Email subject line: "You're bringing your lawn back."
- SMS: Shrekfeet: autumn renovation - scarify, aerate, top-dress and wetting agent, with the over-seed on us (average saving £110). Get your price: {{ link }} Reply STOP to opt out.
- WhatsApp broadcast: Hi, it's Ian at Shrekfeet. If your lawn's struggled this summer, I'm running full renovations this autumn with the over-seed on me - about £110 saved on an average lawn. Want me to price yours? {{ link }}
They tap the link
The link opens the offer landing page with their Klaviyo ID in the URL. The page immediately looks up their profile and pre-fills name, email, phone and postcode.
- URL pattern: /offers/dry-recovery-renovation-ppc?k={klaviyo_id}
- UTMs captured: source, medium, campaign
- Fallback URL params pass name/email/phone/postcode if the API lookup fails
They see a page that already knows them
Instead of a blank form, recognised users see "Hi Sarah, book your free assessment" with their details pre-filled. The page explains what's included in plain English, in Ian's tone of voice.
- Hero greets them by first name
- Offer bullets explain scarify, aerate, top-dress, wetting agent and free over-seed
- Two CTAs above the fold: Start Lawn Assessment + Speak to a Lawn Consultant
One tap to convert
No re-typing. They either confirm the pre-filled booking with one button, or tap WhatsApp to speak to Ian directly. Both actions are tracked.
- One-click confirm writes the lead to the database
- WhatsApp opens with the offer tag and their chosen prompt
- Phone number always visible for callers who prefer voice
Lead lands in Lovable Cloud
The submission is stored in the leads table with the offer slug, Klaviyo ID, UTM data and everything they entered. This is the single source of truth for offer performance.
- Table: public.leads
- Deduplicated view available in Monthly reporting > Lead tracker
- Offer performance dashboard counts views, clicks and submissions
Klaviyo records the action
A 'Quote Requested' or 'WhatsApp Clicked' event is fired back to Klaviyo against the same profile. This keeps the customer record in sync and lets you trigger follow-up flows.
- Event: Quote Requested (form submit) or WhatsApp Clicked
- Properties: offer_slug, postcode, lawn_size, message, UTM tags
- Use these events to exclude converters from the next send
Team gets an instant SMS via Twilio
Every active alert_recipients number receives an SMS the moment a lead comes in. The message includes the customer's name, postcode, phone number and a 30-minute response reminder.
- Current alert number: 07803 207 566
- SMS body is built server-side so no customer data leaks to the browser
- Alerts fire for both form submits and WhatsApp clicks
Team responds within 30 minutes
Speed wins the job. The lead is contacted by their preferred channel — WhatsApp, phone or email — and moved into the usual quote-to-job process.
- WhatsApp reply carries the offer context
- Phone number is already captured
- If they don't convert, they enter the abandoned-cart flow
What happens when they enquire?
They can respond by email, SMS or WhatsApp — but the landing page is designed to make one-click conversion the easiest path. Every response is logged and alerts the team.
They click the email CTA, land on the personalised page, and confirm with one button.
They tap the short link in the SMS, pre-filled details appear, and they convert without typing.
They tap 'Speak to a Lawn Consultant' and drop into a WhatsApp chat with the offer context pre-loaded.
Data flow in one sentence
Klaviyo sends the message → customer clicks → Lovable Cloud personalises the page → one tap submits the lead → the lead is stored, Klaviyo gets an event, Twilio texts the team → team replies within 30 minutes.
