Email alerts
The notification of record.
A completed enquiry sends the full office email: name, phone, postcode, address, lawn size, the priced breakdown and the satellite image of the lawn they measured. This is the one to work from and it is always sent.
Clicks on a link in the ad sequence no longer send an email. Nothing has been measured or priced at that point, so the alert had no prices and no image. Those clicks are still recorded in the funnel reports, and if the person finishes the quote tool the full email follows.
Text alerts to the office mobiles
Off by default. Switch on only what is genuinely useful on a phone.
New enquiry
Someone completed the quote tool or a landing page form.
Callback requested
Customer asked us to ring them back from their estimate.
Customer replies
Inbound text replies from customers.
Funnel link clicks
Someone in the ad sequence opened the quote tool or the booking page.
Concierge chats
A live chat session started on the website.
